Time to book your Runcation and punch your ticket to the Boston Marathon! The We Run This Beach Marathon will be a beautiful 🏖 , fast 💨 and scenic 🌴 course with gorgeous views of Lake Shelby, Middle & Little Lake's. The course will start and finish near the Gulf State Park Lodge and traverse the pancake flat paved paths throughout Gulf State Park.
We will have Chip Timing splits at the 10K for both Half Marathon & Marathon and then a 1/2 marathon split for the marathoners.
...And then there's the post-race party. We will have post-race food for all finishers, 2 drink tickets, post-race music, all on the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores AL. We believe in training hard, racing hard, and celebrating hard and this race will be no different!
Average Temperatures at this time of year are 45F for the Low and 65F the high. It doesn't get much better than that!
