General Manager

Be a “Supervisory” leader who oversees all staff, day-to-day operations, and company policies and standards. You will be the direct liaison between ownership and staff, and you will be expected to effectively delegate and implement procedures and communicate and enforce expectations. You must have a deep understanding of the Company Culture and be sure it is maintained, enhanced, and respected. Your role is to create and cultivate an environment that sets everyone up for success, as your performance will be directly based on the success of your employees. You will oversee all scheduling of all departments, manage a specific set of inventories, and assist in retail flow operations. You must be a strong leader who does not deviate from expectations and operates with integrity, consistency, and open-mindedness.
