DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of the company’s digital communications strategies
  • Maintain accurate information on company’s social media, website, mobile app, ticket platforms, and third-party digital sites
  • Coordinate and implement marketing content plan (e.g. website, blogs, social media, and e-blasts)
  • Maintain a strong online company voice providing engaging, timely information to guests
  • Use automation software to coordinate and manage campaigns
  • Utilize tracking and reporting programs to measure the success of digital campaigns; provide timely reports as directed by Management
  • Assist with development and execution of company’s online reputation management program
  • Continuously research, monitor, and implement marketing best-practices to enhance the digital user experience
  • Work with internal team and external agencies to ensure brand consistency
  • Advance multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possess a passion for staying up to date with industry-leading software and technology to identify market trends and recommend strategy changes to improve customer engagement
  • Suggest and implement digital marketing tactics to increase profitability
  • Assist with photography and digital coverage of on-property and off-property events
  • All other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or related field
  • A minimum of three years of digital marketing experience organizing multiple social, web, and email marketing campaigns in a professional work environment
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, HTML, CSS, Word Press, web-based/social media content management system, and video editing software
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns for a tourism driven property is preferred
  • Demonstrated visual communication skills and digital design expertise
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to master software easily
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold and rainy conditions
