The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce gathered with local business leaders and community members to cut a ribbon for downtown Foley's newest culinary hotspot, COLT Grill, BBQ & Spirits!

COLT Grill, a female-owned and family-run BBQ smokehouse, is known for its made-from-scratch menu and authentic American West flavors. COLT Grill’s new Foley location will feature the same delicious smoked meats and fresh ingredients that have made COLT a local favorite at its flagship restaurants in northern Arizona.

Guests will savor a menu full of mouthwatering options, from smoked baby back ribs and brisket to pulled pork, chicken, and hand-ground Prime burgers. Tacos, fresh-cut salads, and a variety of hearty sides—like homemade cornbread, beans, and whiskey brownies—complete the offering. Everything is carefully crafted from scratch and prepared in giant steel smokers with genuine hardwoods for the perfect smoky finish, ensuring each dish is bursting with flavor.

“We’re thrilled to bring COLT to Foley,” says owner Brenda Marie. “We’re excited to offer a warm, welcoming atmosphere where our guests can enjoy great food, relax, and connect with friends and family.
