South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Announces New Team Member and Expanded Leadership Role Supporting Foundation and Workforce Priorities

Foley, AL (January 2026) — The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the addition of a new team member and an expanded leadership role within its Chamber and Foundation. These staff updates reflect the Chamber’s continued commitment to strengthening the local economy while advancing programs and partnerships that support local business, education, leadership development, and long-term workforce growth across South Baldwin County.

Christy Bledsoe Joins as Programs & Development Coordinator

Christy Bledsoe joined the South Baldwin Chamber team in January 2026 as Programs & Development Coordinator, providing key administrative, program, and event coordination support for both the South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce and Foundation. With more than 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant, six years in real estate, and eight years of service with the City of Foley, Bledsoe brings a strong foundation in organization, coordination, and public service.

In her role, Bledsoe supports education enrichment programs, workforce development efforts, grant activity, and special events—helping ensure programs are well-organized, effectively executed, and aligned with community needs. Her work also strengthens collaboration among schools, employers, and community partners, supporting the overall efforts of the Chamber and its Foundation.

Kylee Raulerson Named Community Workforce & Foundation Executive Director

The Chamber also announces a new title and expanded responsibilities for longtime team member Kylee Raulerson, now serving as Community Workforce & Foundation Executive Director.

Raulerson has been a dedicated member of the South Baldwin Chamber team since 2016. She began her career supporting the Chamber’s many events and assisting with Foundation programs. As the Executive Director of the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation (SBCF) since 2021, Raulerson now provides strategic leadership for both the Chamber’s education-focused Foundation work and its growing workforce development focus.

Raulerson continues to oversee Foundation programs supporting public and private schools served by the SBCF across Baldwin County, including education enrichment programs, student and teacher grants, and school partnerships. In addition, she will now lead the Chamber’s workforce development efforts focused on strengthening career pathways and building a sustainable talent pipeline through collaboration with local employers, schools, colleges, and other community partners.

Workforce Focus for 2026

In 2026, the Chamber and Foundation will strengthen their focus on workforce development to better prepare individuals for local employment opportunities and support long-term economic growth. Priorities include strengthening career pathways, improving alignment between education and real workforce needs, supporting career development for youth and adults, and deepening partnerships that connect schools, employers, and community workforce resources.
