Baldwin County's May 2025 Housing Report
ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – Baldwin County home prices fell for the second consecutive month. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports year-over-year decreases in average sales price for both traditional residential and resort/island based markets in the county.
