Baldwin County's March 2025 Housing Report
ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – With steady rises in home sale prices and more homeowners listing their properties for sale, the Baldwin County housing market continues to move in a positive direction. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports that almost 1,200 new listings were added to the MLS during March 2025, which is a 10% increase from the year prior.
