Baldwin County's June 2025 Housing Report

ROBERTSDALE, Ala. – While average home prices in Baldwin County are slightly lower than this time last year, buyer activity remains strong across the region. Baldwin REALTORS® Multiple Listing Service (MLS) reports year-over-year decreases in average sales price for both traditional residential and resort markets, along with increases in average days on market. In the Resort area of Baldwin County (including all of Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, and Gulf Shores south of Canal Rd/180), the average sales
